Steven Fischler, President
Steven Fischler is the founder, president and managing principal of SRF Ventures.
After spending eight years at Lehman Brothers, including three years managing some of the most high profile real estate assets in the Lehman Bankruptcy (including Canyon Ranch Miami Beach & Setai South Beach) Mr. Fischler started his own real estate investment and advisory company in 2012. In only three years of operations Mr. Fischler has placed over $525 million of debt and over $330 million of equity with various lenders and investors. He has also principally invested in 20 multifamily properties in Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, two hospitality assets in Indiana and Florida and he has originated seven high yield first mortgage loans to date with no defaults. In addition, he currently has over $395 million in properties under management. Mr. Fischler’s relationships include owners, operators, investment banks, commercial banks, private funds and high net worth individuals. Mr. Fischler holds a BBA in Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Miami and a Masters in Real Estate Finance with distinction from NYU.
With experience in asset management, restructuring, financial analysis and underwriting, Mr. Riggs has comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of commercial real estate & what it takes for an asset to succeed. Prior to joining SRF, Mr. Riggs consulted for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. through restructuring and management of high profile assets in the South Florida market. Mr. Riggs also worked in Wealth Management for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Mr. Riggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington with a certificate in Environmental & Natural Resource/Commodity Economics.
Mr.Ng’s roots stem from the hospitality industry. He started his career in hotel operations, working at various properties in New York City including the Waldorf-Astoria, Roosevelt Hotel, and Thompson LES. Prior to joining SRF, Mr.Ng worked for a real estate private equity fund where he performed underwriting and due diligence as a part of their acquisitions team. His experience is focused in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the country amongst all asset classes including hotel, multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and senior assisted living. Mr.Ng holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from NYU and is currently a candidate for M.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack.
Ms. Kubecka’s background in property management and development started in 2006, in Florida where she specialized in high-end residential leasing, condo sales, and project management operations. She has an extensive background in property management and is responsible for maintaining and increasing cash flow and value on luxury residential properties. Ms. Kubecka was also an owners representative where she had direct oversight of several unique real estate projects, making sure every decision made was in the owners interest. Fallon delivers a uniquely hands-on, experienced and effective approach in project management which results in the delivery of successful and profitable projects.
