Engagement – Acquisitions & Asset Management
Total Capitalization – Over $80MM
Acquisitions – Assisted Ladder Capital (‘Ladder’) in their underwriting and due diligence on the acquisition of Terrazas Miami River, a 324 unit luxury condo development. Completed the acquisition in November 2013.
Asset Management – Created a business plan to implement a comprehensive property improvement plan that has led to rent increases in excess of 10% and a strong start to condo sales in an emerging location. Oversee the sales & leasing, creative marketing, PR and property operations efforts. Additional services include, but are not limited to, monthly draw requests, design of model units, HOA management oversight, property maintenance management, tax and insurance compliance and payments. Provide in-depth reporting and analysis of all operatons on a weekly and monthly basis.
